Red Rhino Traders will replace your ordered items if:

For the product to be returned it should:

1. Be as a result of delivery of the wrong item that was not ordered for (RedRhino shipped a different product from that specified during order confirmation).

2. As a result of receiving a package with some accessories missing.

3. As a result of receiving a product that is faulty or dead on arrival.

4. Be having a problem with quality or a function issue which could be detect.

5.There are damages to the item caused by reasons other than mishandling by the final recipient.

If you change your mind about the product, you can only get a refund if you return it within 7 days. You will receive a store credit which can be used to redeem in future purchases.

In the event you change your mind.

1.The item should be returned within 7 calendar days of receiving with valid reason of returning.

2. The product should be in the original packaging enabling for reselling.

3. The product should be having seal intact.

4.There is proof of the purchase by having RedRhino receipt or delivery note.

5. The item is returned with all the accompanying accessories and gifts 

6. The item(s) received must be returned while in original packaging, including all the accessories it came with and any other product attached if it was on offer for example for a buy one get one free offer, the free item should also be returned.

No claims for returns will be allowed after 7 days of purchase or after 7 days of delivery in any condition.

Hygiene sensitive products

  • No returns accepted for breast-feeding products or Bottle feeding products. (Feeding bottles, teats, protectors, bibs etc)
  • This policy extends to items requiring hygiene considerations.
  • Ensure your purchase aligns with your needs, as refunds won’t be processed for hygiene-sensitive products.
  • Similar conditions apply to personal care products such as shavers, clippers, body grooms, and epilators.

Unopened and sealed products are eligible for returns. Please verify your selection carefully, as refunds won’t be processed for hygiene-sensitive and personal care items.

In the event of a replacement Red Rhino Traders will bear the delivery cost for the replacement portion. We will need to collect the faulty item(s), inspect the items and advise you accordingly.

Warranty –

Goods under warranty are subject to terms and conditions which are available on the physical copy inside the box.

Local warranty may not be available depending on the Brands availabilty in the country. In that case the user may need to contact the Brand directly through social media.
