- Nairobi deliveries are usually completed within approximately 4 hours, subject to stock availability. Some items may require transfer from another store location.

- Payment on Delivery is only available within Nairobi. Order value limit is 30,000.00.
- Upcountry orders are dispatched after full payment confirmation only.
