Within Nairobi:

• We aim to deliver within approximately 4 hours, subject to stock availability and operational conditions.
• Order cut-off time for same-day Nairobi delivery is 4:00 PM.

Outside Nairobi:

• Orders are dispatched after full payment confirmation only.
• Delivery is done through trusted courier partners such as G4S and Wells Fargo.
• Estimated delivery timelines are approximately 1–2 working days depending on location.

Important:

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring availability to receive orders.
• Goods are securely packed and insured while in transit through courier partners.

6. Failed Deliveries & Rejected Parcels

If a parcel is rejected, remains uncollected, the customer becomes unreachable, or incorrect delivery information is provided resulting in a failed delivery or return-to-sender situation:

• Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
• Return courier charges, handling fees, or re-delivery costs may apply.
• Refunds for approved returns will only be processed after the goods are returned and inspected.

Where free delivery was initially offered, the actual courier cost incurred may be deducted from the refund amount.

7. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Red Rhino reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including but not limited to:

If payment has already been made for a cancelled order, an appropriate refund process will be initiated.
