The Marshall Heston 120 is designed to deliver a wide, three-dimensional soundstage that puts you closer to the action. Its 5.1.2-channel configuration uses five full-range drivers, two mid-woofers, two subwoofers and dedicated tweeters to create detailed audio across the room. Dolby Atmos and DTS object-based audio help place sound above and around you for a more immersive viewing experience.
For powerful low-frequency performance, the Heston 120 features two rear-facing 2 × 5-inch subwoofers and four passive radiators. Two 3-inch mid-woofers are optimised for lateral sound performance, while up-firing and side-firing drivers help expand the soundstage. The system delivers a frequency range of 40Hz–20kHz and a maximum sound pressure level of 95dB.
Eleven Class D amplifiers provide 150W of peak audio output, with two 50W amplifiers and nine 30W amplifiers powering the system. Four selectable sound modes — Movie, Music, Night and Voice — allow you to adjust the sound to suit different types of content, from cinematic effects and music to clearer dialogue at night.
The Heston 120 offers extensive connectivity for modern home entertainment systems. HDMI 2.1 eARC provides a high-quality connection to compatible TVs, while a second HDMI input supports pass-through, including 4K at 120Hz and Dolby Vision. Wireless options include Bluetooth 5.3 and Wi-Fi 6, with support for AirPlay 2, Google Cast, Spotify Connect and TIDAL Connect.
The soundbar also features RCA stereo, RCA mono subwoofer output, USB-C and Ethernet connectivity. Two built-in microphones enable room calibration through the Marshall app, allowing the Heston 120 to be adjusted to the acoustic characteristics of your space. For even deeper bass, the dedicated SUB OUT connection can be used with a compatible active subwoofer such as the Marshall Heston SUB 200.
Finished in Black with a woven salt-and-pepper fret and PU leather detailing, the Heston 120 combines high-performance home audio with Marshall's instantly recognisable amp-inspired design. It can be placed on furniture or wall mounted using the separately sold Heston 120 Wall Mount.
