• Nairobi deliveries are usually completed within approximately 4 hours, subject to stock availability. Some items may require transfer from another store location.

• Order cut-off time for same-day Nairobi delivery is 4:00 PM.

• Payment on Delivery is only available within Nairobi. Order value limit is 30,000.00.

• Upcountry orders are dispatched after full payment confirmation only.

• We deliver outside Nairobi via trusted courier partners G4S and Wells Fargo. Delivery timelines for upcountry orders are approximately 1–2 working days.
