• Order cut-off time for same-day Nairobi delivery is 4:00 PM.

• Payment on Delivery is only available within Nairobi. Order value limit is 30,000.00.

• Upcountry orders are dispatched after full payment confirmation only.

• We deliver outside Nairobi via trusted courier partners G4S and Wells Fargo. Delivery timelines for upcountry orders are approximately 1–2 working days.

• All products are securely packed, and ensured no damage while in transit.

If you are a company, claiming VAT, or require an eTIMS receipt under your KRA PIN, please contact us immediately after placing your order. Once an order has been processed and the eTIMS invoice/receipt has been generated, no changes can be made to the billing details or KRA PIN.
